Backups in Love

It's been a while since my last post. I've been thinking, that I, or women in general are too organised. So here's to women. We live in an age where there is a backup for everything, from data in a computer to a guy we crush on. Think about it, how many of us has liked more than one guy at a time? Too many. But can we really have backups for love? Is it true that: If you don't win the jackpot, be satisfied with a dollar? Frankly, I don't have the answer to that. The way I see it, if the guy you really like doesn't like you back and you spend time with one of your minor crushes and you enjoy yourself, you still like them and you're happy, but it's just not the same. If it were, you wouldn't like the other guy som much and you wouldn't have this problem. And can you truly be happy and satisfied? Won't you be thinking about what could of happened than what is happening? Sometimes the so called "backups" you put in place to "break the fall", so to speak, just might remind you of what you've been through, the guy you couldn't get, and the step before you're inevitable fall. I say in terms of love, you can never really have backups, becuase you don't know what you're up against until it's a thing of the past.
